"Stay away! Ripoff! I got hit by a car while walking through a Publix parking lot and because I waited for 15 days to notify my car insurance company they're cut off date is 14 days. I had no idea my car insurance would cover me in a situation like that until a friend told me to call my car insurance company which was State farm. Again I waited one day too late to make a claim. And so now I sit in my couch in pain. I called Chuck to try and get an appointment and was told I was wasting my time because he won't do anything about it. So thanks a lot. You turned it in to State Farm corporate as an accident even though you didn't make a claim. I was denied a claim yet you raised my insurance Now my insurance goes up for the next 5 years. Thanks for nothing!
I read your BS response. My point is this you reported an accident that I didn't even get a claim on. Now I have to pay higher insurance rates for 5 years. Yes 5 years! Thanks for the increase in my insurance for 5 years and paying me zip zero nothing. You act like it's my fault. Screw you!"

"Sorry about the claim Rick. Just so you know no fault coverage/PIP is mandated by the State of Florida so all insurance companies have the same rules to go by and 14 days is the rule. My office is correct and there is nothing I can do about the nonpayment. Rates do go up and down, but overtime they generally go up as does everything. Sorry again for your poor claims experience! Chuck"
