"I have sign my new car insurance with State Farm at the office of Chuck Everidge, I was helped first by Joe very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, he worked my insurance and gave me a very good price! After I called the office to ask for some help with my Id cards, Megan was able to help immediately to solve the issue that I have and one week later she text me to let me know the app was all set for me to see my ID cards on the app, I was surprise and amaze that she was still on top of my issue. She didn’t forget about my request and even took the time to send me a text to let me know is.was taken care off. Hats off for the amazing customer service I received from this two wonderful persons! "Very unprofessional, never answers the phone calls and ive been hung up mid conversation a few times, theres one guy in there thats very pushy and rude and wont let me finish my sentences without interrupting or being rude.
