"Special thanks to Jacob!! I know these are very trying times with the inflated prices of everything, however, the agents that I have spoke to at this store have been very professional especially Jacob giving me multiple quotes, different options and explaining things to me clearly, calmly, each, and every situation!! "I’ve been with Chuck Everidge Statefarm since he arrived in Citrus County. The office staff has always treated me like family and are very personable. Elaine and Trevor have always been extremely helpful in providing me with the appropriate home, car and life insurance. As a teacher, I see firsthand how Chuck supports the youth in our community through little league sponsorships, donating to help fund student athletes throughout all the High Schools and has personally provided several scholarships to students attending college."

"They started out ok I sent all my friends and family to them then one day my auto rates went up 40 percent from 109 to 147 per month I'm a disabled senior on a slim budget I have no tickets or accidents for over 15 years I called to ask Chuck why but he wouldn't get on phone instead I got a woman who giggled and told me consider it a cost of living expense so iam here to tell all don't do business with Chuck or his office they are all crooks"

"I must have been out or on a phone call. I speak to people all day long so I am here. You are correct prices have gone up along with medical and car prices/repairs which are two of the main drivers of auto insurance. We do not control the price at the agent's office the company controls the prices. You can call anytime if I am not available they will leave me a message and I will call back. "

"Not a day goes by with some sort of negative news article about the FL insurance industry. Well, I can't do much about the prices, but as far as customer service, friendliness, and knowledge, you just can't beat this agency. Each experience has been top notch!"

"I called because I had a problem with my paycheck because of a problem with the clearing house the company that does all direct deposits for 10 of the biggest banks my check didn’t come on time it was 24 days late. I was unable to pay any of my bills at no fault of my own all other companies except State Farm helped and was understanding however they wouldn’t budge I have been with State Farm since I started driving almost 30 years never missed a payment, never had a claim that was my fault last claim was 14:years someone hit my truck when it was parked so I would think all that good standing and loyalty would mean a little help nope. The man I talk to was very snippy and treated me like I was some piece of garbage that never pays."

"Matthew, Joe is usually very good with the customers. State Farm will not let us take a lower payment, but there is good news. We do not charge any late fees or any fees to have a monthly bill versus paying for 6 months. Other companies do. We also do not report late payment to credit bureau so a late payment does not affect your credit. It is 10:37 at night and i cannot get on the system as it is updating. I will check you cacellation date in the morning and call you. If you have not reach your cancellation date you can pay when you have the money. There are a lot of legal issues with payments, payment notification and cancellation dates and no one can chamge those except the State of Florida. Sorry for the mess and you can always ask to speak with me if you feel we are not treating you fairly. We strive to take care of everyone. Thanks, Chuck Everidge "

"Never do business with these hacks they are thieves and liars they took money out of my account without being allowed to I wasn’t even signed up on auto pay this is very illegal I will have my attorney involved never trust them their rate have doubled they are just tryin to rob everyone blind I cancelled my insurance with them two weeks prior and switched to progressive and they still took money unauthorized out of my account ridiculous!"

"We tried to help Wes, but hard to help you when you cannot provide the date you want us to cancel the policy or the recorded phone call that you said you had. As I said on the phone I would be glad to help you! We are not perfect, but our level of service is excellent. "

"This people first told you one price then passing the month they said that the system and all that dont gave you more the same price and put more money on the monthly payment dont trust them write me first!"

"The change in rates were due to the Drive Safe and Save discount device not being activity in your car from the beginning. I do see you have it now which is great. I do see we tried to contact you 7 times to get this device hooked up in your car. When it is not hooked up State Farm goes back to the first date the discount was added and charges you the higher rate. Sorry we were not clear that this needed to be activity right up front and just give us a call if you need any further help. Sincerely, Chuck "
